The client was a growing business with teams across the United Kingdom, South Africa and Ghana. Information was scattered across email threads and personal drives. New starters had no structured onboarding. Training resources were hard to find. There was no shared space for company news, team updates or documents.

Each module was designed to solve a specific problem the business was experiencing, then built and configured within Microsoft 365 with adoption in mind from the start.

A rolling news carousel on the home page keeps all staff updated with company news, product launches and leadership messages regardless of location.

Departmental document libraries for Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Innovations replace scattered personal drives with a structured, permission-controlled filing system.

A visual people directory shows team members with names, photos and departments, making it easy for staff across three countries to know who to contact.

A shared events calendar surfaces upcoming dates and company events for all staff, with time zone clocks showing local times for UK, South Africa and Ghana simultaneously.
